Changing up your craft fair display on a regular basis is always a good idea. By that I don't mean that you should be completely revamping your booth but small suttle changes can make a huge difference in your presentation. Your regular customers will still recognize you but notice something different that draws them in to your booth. Move some of your products off the table and hang them from a chain and s-hooks; hang jewellery from a screen instead of laying it out; use wooden boxes to add height to your table displays.
